Use of the site
The website is provided for informational purposes. You may browse, share links, and reference our content with attribution. You may not scrape the site for commercial purposes, attempt to breach security, or impersonate us.
Engagements and proposals
Pricing on this site is indicative — the exact scope, price, timeline and terms for any engagement are set out in a written proposal we send you and a Master Services Agreement (MSA) that we sign together. Until both are signed, no engagement exists.
Payments
Subscription plans bill monthly in advance. Project-based engagements typically bill in milestones defined in the proposal. We accept Razorpay, NEFT, RTGS, and bank wire. All amounts are in INR unless stated otherwise. GST applies as per Indian law.
Intellectual property
- Content created specifically for your engagement (code, designs, documentation) becomes yours upon final payment.
- Reusable tooling we developed before or alongside your engagement (CI templates, IaC patterns, internal libraries) remains ours.
- You retain ownership of your data, content, and IP at all times.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We sign mutual NDAs on request before any sensitive disclosure. We never name a client publicly without written permission.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the most recent three months. We carry professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Project engagements can be paused or terminated as defined in the relevant MSA. We hand over all your data and documentation within 14 days of termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
